I'm Parag — a results-first IT Project Manager with 7+ years delivering AI-integrated platforms, enterprise LMS rollouts and cross-border digital transformation.
My work spans EdTech, healthcare, finance, e-commerce and mining, for clients across APAC, EMEA, the US and the UK. I've run 12+ simultaneous deployments on a single 18-month Jira roadmap and closed them at 95% on-time — with zero missed client go-live dates.
But numbers only tell half the story. What I'm actually good at is walking into a program that's tangled, political or stalled, understanding how it really works, and turning it into something that delivers. Eighteen linked spreadsheets. Twenty-four people across seven countries. A government platform serving an entire city. The common thread is ownership — I take the whole thing, kickoff to post-launch, and I don't hand off the hard parts.
And when a process is broken, I don't just document it. I build the fix — an AI agent for requirement gathering, an authoring tool that generates courses, a skill-advisor deployed to production, n8n workflows that quietly delete repetitive work. That's the difference: I speak the boardroom's language of budgets, forecasts and change orders, and the terminal's language of APIs, SQL and automation.
HOW I OPERATE
Four principles behind every delivery
I own it end to end
Not a PM who "coordinates with technical teams" — one who has shipped product. I'm the single point of contact from kickoff to delivery and after: scope, budget, integrations, infrastructure, and the hard client conversations.
I build the tools, not just the plan
When a process is broken, I automate it. When intake is painful, I build an agent for it. AI authoring, skill advisors, n8n workflows, executive dashboards — shipped to production, not slideware.
I speak boardroom and terminal
Fluent in executive dashboards, budget forecasting and change orders — and in API integrations, SQL and automation. That range is why delayed projects get handed to me to turn around.
